Bishop Dorel & Lidia Singeorzan
Senior Pastor
With over 35 years of ministry, Pastor Dorel and his beloved wife Lidia Singeorzan have poured their hearts into serving God and His people. Their journey has been one of faith, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion to the calling God placed upon their lives.
Together, they have founded and led multiple churches, touched countless lives through preaching, prayer, and love, and have built a legacy of faith that continues through their six children and fourteen grandchildren. Their home and ministry are marked by kindness, humility, and the joy of the Lord.
At Emanuel Romanian Church, their vision is clear: to create a place where every soul feels welcomed, where families are strengthened, and where the presence of God is felt in every service. They serve not only as pastors but as spiritual parents to the community—leading with compassion, guiding with wisdom, and loving with the heart of Christ.
Meet Our Worship Leader – Beni Bodor
Ben Bodor is a passionate worship leader with a heart fully devoted to glorifying God through music. With years of experience leading worship in churches across the United States and Romania, Ben brings a unique blend of spiritual depth and musical excellence to every service. His voice carries both strength and humility, inviting the congregation into a powerful atmosphere of praise, reflection, and surrender.
Ben is well respected in the Romanian Christian community and has collaborated with many renowned worship artists. His deep love for God and genuine connection with people shine through in every song he leads. Whether guiding us in high-energy praise or intimate moments of worship, Beni helps create a space where lives are touched and hearts are drawn closer to the Lord.
We are blessed to have Ben as part of the Emanuel Church family, faithfully serving with humility, talent, and anointing.
Meet Our Treasurer Rev. Marian Neculcea
Marian Neculcea is a man of God, known for his integrity, wisdom, and deep love for the Gospel, the church, and his family. A former officer in the army and a skilled financial strategist, he now serves faithfully as the Treasurer of Emanuel Church, managing our resources with excellence, transparency, and a servant’s heart.
Marian is also a gifted preacher and teacher, fluent in both Romanian and English. His messages are clear, impactful, and grounded in Scripture—encouraging believers and building up the body of Christ. Whether working behind the scenes or preaching from the pulpit, his passion for the Lord and the church is evident.
Beyond his ministry and leadership, Marian is a devoted husband and father. His love for family shines in everything he does, especially through the incredible testimony of adopting three beautiful children into his home. His life is a powerful reflection of Christ’s love—both in word and in action.
We are honored and blessed to have Marian as part of the Emanuel Church leadership team.
Meet our Media & Tech Director- Rev. Onisim Schipor
Rev. Onisim Schipor is a vital part of our church family and serves faithfully as the Media and Technology Director. With both skill and vision, he leads our media ministry—from sound and video production to lighting, live streaming, and everything in between.
One of his key responsibilities is managing the screen projection inside the sanctuary. Onisim ensures that every song, Bible verse, and announcement is beautifully displayed in both Romanian and English, helping our bilingual congregation stay united in worship and understanding. His attention to detail and his heart for excellence play a major role in creating a worship experience that is seamless, meaningful, and Christ-centered.
Onisim doesn’t just run technology—he serves with passion and humility, always ready to help, troubleshoot, or improve the experience for others. We are deeply grateful for his dedication, creativity, and unwavering commitment to the mission of Emanuel Church.
Meet our Church Secretary & Ordained Minister Rev. Samuel Ciobanas
Rev. Samuel Ciobanas is a devoted servant of God and a valuable member of the Emanuel Romanian Church leadership team. An ordained minister, he serves faithfully alongside his beloved wife, Alexandra. Together, they have been blessed with five beautiful children and share a deep passion for serving the Lord and His people.
As Church Secretary, Rev. Ciobanas plays a vital role in the daily operations of the ministry. He is responsible for managing church documentation, maintaining membership records, organizing inventory, and ensuring all administrative functions run smoothly. His attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and unwavering dedication to the Gospel and to the Emanuel Church vision make him an irreplaceable asset to our growing church family.
Rev. Ciobanas serves with humility, integrity, and a genuine love for people. His commitment to excellence in both ministry and administration reflects his deep calling and heart for the Kingdom of God.
Iacob & Dia Merca – Worship & Music Mentors
Iacob and Dia Merca are a deeply valued part of the Emanuel Church leadership team, faithfully serving in the area of worship and music ministry. With a heart fully dedicated to the Lord, they use their God-given talents to lead the congregation in anointed praise and worship. Both are skilled multi-instrumentalists, and their musical leadership brings depth, passion, and reverence to our services.
Beyond their ministry on stage, Iacob and Dia are mentors and teachers who are raising up the next generation of worshipers. Sister Dia plays a vital role in our Sunday School program, where she patiently teaches children and youth how to worship God through music and instruments. Her kind and joyful spirit creates an atmosphere of learning and spiritual growth.
Their example of humility, consistency, and love for God and His church continues to inspire many. Through their music, their service, and their personal lives, Iacob and Dia reflect the beauty of a life lived in true devotion to Christ.
Marius & Cosmina Bordeianu - Outreach Pastor
Pastor Marius Bordeianu serves as the Outreach Pastor of Emanuel Church, bringing over 20 years of ministry experience in Romania and the United States.
Marius first trained for ministry in Romania, where he completed recognized theological and pastoral studies, receiving certification as a minister of the Gospel. He faithfully served in local churches as a youth leader, evangelist, and associate pastor, while also participating in Bible schools and outreach missions throughout Eastern Europe. His Romanian certifications in Biblical Studies, Pastoral Leadership, and Evangelism were later evaluated and recognized in the United States, supporting his credentials for ministry and immigration.
He now also holds ministerial licensing through the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) and has completed leadership development and pastoral care training through U.S.-based programs. These qualifications, together with his decades of hands-on experience, have equipped him to serve effectively as an evangelist, counselor, and outreach leader.
Pastor Marius is deeply passionate about reaching people with the gospel. He has organized and led evangelistic campaigns, discipleship groups, humanitarian aid projects, and international mission efforts. His preaching and teaching are marked by sincerity, biblical depth, and a clear call to repentance and transformation in Christ.
His wife, Cosmina Bordeianu, is a vital part of the ministry. She serves faithfully in women’s discipleship, hospitality, and outreach support, and is known for her warmth, compassion, and genuine care for people. Together, they minister as a team, modeling Christ-centered marriage and family life.
Marius and Cosmina are fully committed to the vision of Emanuel Church—proclaiming Christ, serving people, and impacting the Dallas metro area and beyond for the Kingdom of God.
